Welcome to 2019!

Happy New Year! Let us start the year with a big huge thank you to all of our friends, clients, and colleagues. What a pleasure to work with you. THANK YOU for all of your trust and support in 2018. Let’s hope 2019 brings a happy home, and if you need or know of someone who wants to get closer to their house goals; well, we know just the right people to help!

This month's newsletter features a little recap of our 2018, what's going on in the market, info on some foodie festivals that will help you find your new go-to spots for good eats, and a listing that's a perfect investment to start off 2019 with.

Living Collective Recap | 2018 Highlights

Wow, did we ever have the pleasure of selling some amazing places. From high-rise condos to bespoke townhouses, and modern detached homes to a wonderful heritage conversion project called the Brookhouse Residences.

Here are some of the properties we helped our wonderful clients buy or sell last year. House hunting is always a pleasure, and we love helping you find your next dream home.

Market Updates | December

“The supply of homes for sale will be an important indicator to follow in 2019. We’ve had record building activity in recent years and many projects will complete soon. This will provide additional housing options for home buyers across the region,” Moore said.
Hot Chocolate Festival | January 19th to February 14th

The 9th annual Hot Chocolate Festival will once again give lovers of winter’s most drink-able treat their ultimate city-wide bucket list of hot chocolates to savour.

Look for an announcement soon of all the participating spots, along with what incredible cocoa creations they’ll be pouring this winter for the fest.

Dine Out Vancouver | January 18th to February 3rd

Dine Out Vancouver Festival is about community, collaboration, and sharing Vancouver’s culinary story with the world. Along with their Premier Partner, Aeroplan, Festival Partner - the Wines of British Columbia, and a host of other Preferred Partners, Tourism Vancouver is proud to continue to showcase Vancouver’s culinary talent as well as the many different culinary and cultural experiences that only a city like ours can offer: everything from neighbourhood food tours to lunch-hour food truck fests, and from BC VQA wine tastings to global guest-chef collaborative dinners.
