Market Updates | August

“With more demand from home buyers, the supply of homes listed for sale isn’t accumulating like earlier in the year. These changes are creating more balanced market conditions,” said REBGV President Ashley Smith.

BC SPCA's Paws for a Cause | September 8

The BC SPCA Paws for a Cause presented by Hill’s® Science Diet® is an annual charity walk and the largest fundraising event for the organization. Donations to participants and the event fund critical services to care for animals in need in BC SPCA shelters and to fight animal cruelty in British Columbia.

Classic Car Toy Run | September 14

Celebrating its second year, the Vancouver Classic Car Toy Run is a fairly informal affair put on by a group of people who love cars and want to give back to their community. The event runs rain or shine and is open to all types of classic cars and their owners. Both spectators and car enthusiasts are welcome.

The cost to participate is a new child’s toy, gift card, or cash donation benefiting the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau which is a charity that provides gifts for underprivileged children at Christmas.
