West Coast Condos & Homes | April/May 2019

To Millennials, condos are seen as their "just for now" living spaces. A place that is comfortably theirs until they go on their next adventure or start a new chapter in their life. We hear about it all the time.

What about the Baby Boomers? They seem to love owning detached homes. But is that really true? With life moving quickly for everyone these days, the upkeep and maintenance isn't ideal. Baby Boomers are now selling those detached homes and "rightsizing" into condos.

In the April/May 2019 issue of West Coast Condos & Homes Andrew, along with other real estate professionals, talk about rightsizing and how the condos that are being built these days aren't just for first-time homebuyers. Click the cover above to read the article.
