Market Updates | February

There were 4,949 detached, attached, and apartment properties newly listed for sale on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver this March. This represents an 11.2% increase compared to the 4,450 homes listed in March 2018 and a 27.2% increase compared to February 2019 when 3,892 homes were listed.

Vancouver Sun Run | April 14

The Vancouver Sun Run has been Canada’s largest 10K road race since its inception in 1985. Founded by former Canadian Olympians Dr. Doug and Diane Clement along with Dr. Jack Taunton. The run’s purpose was to promote the benefits of running, to improve health and fitness, as well as support elite amateur athletics. The first run attracted 3,200 participants.

If you would like to register to run, please visit vancouversunrun.com. Registration closes on April 13th. There is no registration on the day of the race.
