2021 property assessments came out this week. On average, condos are up 3% and detached homes are up 10% but of course this will depend on your specific neighborhood.

These values are a general guideline for your homes current value. However, this year more than ever this number could be incorrect due to two main reasons:

1.)These were completed in June of 2020 which is now 7 months ago and a lot has changed in the market since then.

2.) June was three months after the lock down due to COVID-19 where we saw very little activity in the real estate market.
